Made from the Gamay grape, this wine comes from the Cave de Fleurie Co-operative, synonymous with Mademoiselle Marguerite Chabert who was elected head in 1946, and helped make Fleurie Beaujolais famous. Each wine is aged in a stainless steel vat to help preserve the fresh fruity character. We even get a hint of bubblegum to this wine – or that could be Simon?
