Round, soft red fruit on the palate makes for easy drinking A fizz to stimulate the appetite and get the party started.Combining the classic varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Tasmania our wine is made from 93% Chardonnay and 7% Pinot Noir. This Cuvee is a non-vintage blend of 12 and 13 wines then liquored with some very small quantities of aged Pinot to add a further layer of interest and complexity.
