These Emerald Mosaic Earrings are Rectangular and hand crafted by Wanda Shum in a pretty variegated mosaic pattern. Each pair of earrings is set in a “silver plated bezel” which shows the pretty design on both sides of the earring. Because each colour is a “limited edition” the earring designs are inclined to vary to a degree. Wanda Shum is a Canadian Artist from British Columbia. These Emerald mosaic earrings were created by using Polymer Clay, which is a kind of modeling clay, which can be hardened in an oven. This gorgeous green mosaic pair of earrings is one of a kind. No two pairs are identical. They have been created using the “millefiori” technique. Wanda Shum’s artistic creations are all hand-crafted in Canada. The Millefiori technique uses strips of different shapes and colours of polymer clay shaped into canes. The canes when cut reveal magnificent mosaic colours and patterns and they are then carefully applied and sculpted into exquisite earrings and various other unique, one of a kind “works of art”. The mosaic earrings are all set in a “silver plated bezel”. This shows off the design on both sides of the earring. The ear wires of these Emerald mosaic earrings are made of sterling silver.
