The black plastic caps are also screwed in place.Your bottle(s) will need dismantling when you come to add your pre-blended essential oils.Dismantling Your Amber Glass Roller Ball BottlesThe plastic insert containing the stainless steel roller ball can easily be prized from your Amber Glass Roller Ball Bottles by using the blunt edge of a knife, or your thumbnail.Simply place your nail, or blunt knife edge, where the plastic insert containing the stainless steel roller ball meets the neck of your Amber Glass Roller Ball Bottle. Press your nail, or blunt knife edge, in the slight gap between the two, and then ease the plastic insert containing the stainless steel roller ball out of the Amber Glass Roller Ball Bottle.Sterilising Your Amber Glass Roller Ball BottleSterilise before use using a UV unit, or by placing the glass bottle in the oven for 10 minutes at a high heat. DO NOT place plastic elements in the oven as they will melt.Dishwashers will sterilise all elements of your Amber Glass Roller Ball Bottles.Essential Oils For Amber Glass Roller Ball BottlesEssential oils or essential oil blends should ideally be diluted at 5% for adult use.This is the ideal dilution for adults intending to use their Amber Glass Roller Ball Bottles for applying blended oils to the pulse points on the wrists, and the Vagus Nerve points, behind the ears.How To Use Your Amber Glass Roller Ball BottlesSimply dilute your chosen essential oils at a 5% dilution in your preferred carrier oil.This can be done by adding your chosen carrier oil to your Amber Glass Roller Ball Bottle, after which you can add a number of drops of a single aromatherapy oil, or an essential oil blend.
