Valentine Buttercream Flower Cupcake Bouquet Class

Whether it’s a cake to present to your mum or any lady in your life when finished, this Buttercream Flower Cupcake Bouquet Class makes an ideal gift for mum on Mother’s Day, Birthday, Anniversary or ‘I love you’ day for your valentine. We know she will love it! Our senior tutor Lynda will show how to produce different styles and formations of flowers using a variety of specialist tubes and marshmallows. Due to the time frame of this class Lynda will have prepared the buttercream, however she will share tips and techniques to make buttercream that’s perfect for piping blooms. You’ll then learn how to prepare single and two tone coloured piping bags and will master a variety of simple yet effective styles. Once you have finished producing your beautiful individual cupcakes Lynda will show you how to assemble and display your flowers into a beautiful bunch to present to you mum. For the purpose of this class we will be using the specially designed display box. We are opening this course to anyone aged over 10 to adult. Please be advised that this lesson can go over time
