Pepper sauce recipe Serves 8 Ingredients ½ cup white wine ¼ teaspoon turmeric ½ cup vegetable or chicken stock 1 cup Gault’s Deli Peperonata sauce ½ cup fresh cream Reduce the white wine and turmeric by half over a high heat. Then add the chicken or vegetable stock and peperonata sauce and bring to the simmer for 3 minutes. Transfer to a blender and process until smooth.
