Gorgonzola Piccante is soft, sharp, aged blue cheese made with full fat. The rind is compact, rough and grey in colour and usually comes covered in a thin foil. Flavours are strong and intense with pungent, spicy bite coming early on. Cheese packed in small portions, not necessarily sold in 1 single block. Great for platters and salads. Please note: Our cheese is hand-cut, so it is not possible to meet the exact weight ordered; actual weights may vary /- 20g.
